Return Policy

Our goal is and has always been happy customers. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we want to make it right. We will gladly accept your qualifying return within 30 days of the delivery date. We understand equipment may not be used immediately. Please, be sure to open and test all items before the 30 day return period expires. In order to qualify for a return, items must be shipped and on their way back to us within 30 days of the original receipt date.

Return Guidelines:

  • Item(s) must be packaged within a separate shipping box

  • Item(s) must be received in “Like New” condition

  • Item(s) must include all original packaging, manuals, components, etc.

  • Item(s) that are opened, used or that do not meet these guidelines may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25%

 

Refunds & Exchanges

If you have received an item that you're dissatisfied with and wish to exchange or return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. This includes the transportation cost of returning the item back to I DJ NOW, as well as the cost incurred to initially have your package shipped as part of a free shipping promotion. The initial outgoing shipping is free only if you keep the item purchased. Any such costs will be deducted from your refund. Once we receive the item and have thoroughly inspected your product, you will receive an email update.

 

Returned or Refused Shipments

If for any reason the shipping carrier is unable to deliver and a package is returned back, either as undeliverable or refused, the customer will be responsible for round trip shipping charges, as well as any cost charged by the shipping carrier for the return or refusal.

 

Damaged or Missing Items

Upon accepting your delivery, please ensure that all items have been accounted for and received in good condition. If any ordered items are missing or have arrived damaged, you must not discard the packaging and must notify us immediately. Missing or damaged items must be reported within 7 days and must also include images of all shipping boxes. In cases where shipping box images have not been provided, packaging has been discarded or more than 7 days have elapsed since delivery, we will not have the available tools or options to assist with a resolution.

 

Exceptions to return policy:

The following item types are ineligible for return:

  • Items returned without all original packaging and components, including the retail box, manuals, cables, etc.

  • Personal items including but not limited to: headphones, earbuds, microphones, clothing, jewelry, etc.

  • Software, warranty plans and media including but not limited to: Vinyl, plug-ins, upgrades, installers and items requiring registration

  • Trussing, Lecterns, Staging and Oversized/Overweight items.

  • Video Wall systems and associated accessories.

  • MagnaFloor LED Dance Floor Products and accessories.

  • Mirrored Balls and Mirror Suits.

  • Special effects machines including, but not limited to: Atmospheric effect machines and cold spark machines along with their accessories.

  • Custom cases.

  • Special order items.

  • Items containing Hazardous Materials (Lithium batteries, etc.).

  • Items with damage, including scratches, dents, dings or signs of heavy use.

  • Replacement Parts, refills and consumable products including but not limited to: woofers, tweeters, rechargeable batteries, bulbs, cartridges, styli, circuit boards, fog fluid, haze fluid, bubble fluid, snow fluid, haze spray, confetti refills and spark granules.

 

Defective Items:

If you've received an item that is not functioning correctly, have gone through troubleshooting techniques, and are still experiencing an issue, you may have received a defective product. Not to worry, we've got you covered! Just Log In to your account and follow the "How To Handle Your Return" steps on this page, below. Keep in mind, all items to be returned must be shipped and on their way back within 30 days of the original receipt date. Upon arrival back to I DJ NOW, all items will be inspected and thoroughly tested by a technician. The customer will be fully responsible for all shipping costs, including the cost of retrieval, if the item(s) sent back are found to be in full working order and/or do not match the defect originally described. An exchange request will be converted to a refund in situations where an exchange cannot be fulfilled.

 

Return Policy for Leases

Orders made with I DJ NOW and funded via a “Lease” are considered to be a final sale.

Please be sure that all items and quantities are accurate prior to finalizing your Lease order. Once a transaction has been processed as a “Lease", we are unable to make any changes. In the event a product is defective or damaged in transit, please notify I DJ NOW within 2 business days of receipt and arrangements will be made to exchange the equipment in question for the exact model number only.

 

International Returns/Defects

I DJ NOW does not cover the cost of transportation (Incoming or outgoing, taxes, duties and/or brokerage fees) on International returns, exchanges or defective item replacements. All transportation costs including taxes, duties, additional charges, VAT's and/or brokerage fees will be solely the responsibility of the buyer.

 

How to Submit a Return Request

  1. Login to your account and go to "My Account"
  2. Go to "My Orders" found on the left tab. All orders associated with your account will appear on your screen
  3. Locate the return eligible order you'd like to submit a return request for and select the action "Return". You will be given a list of return eligible items from that order. Check off the item(s) you'd like to return.
  4. Select the quantity you'd like to request return for per item (partial quantity returns are accepted), choose the reason for return per item, select the current item condition and finally choose your desired resolution
  5. In the "Message" section, please describe the issue in detail. You may provide further helpful notes here.
  6. Capture images of the item(s) you are returning, then attach them as a file
  7. Review our Return Policy and check the box to acknowledge
  8. Submit your request!

 

I DJ NOW will not accept a return that does not have an associated RMA#. Items returned to I DJ NOW that have not been authorized or that fall outside of the terms of our return policy will be returned at the expense of the buyer. I DJ NOW does not reimburse shipping and handling charges incurred to have items shipped back to us, including packaging material, boxes, etc.

I DJ NOW reserves the right to deny any return that does not adhere to our said policies. Certain items are ineligible for return. By purchasing from I DJ NOW you acknowledge all posted guidelines and policies.

We accept all major Credit Cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. For your protection we may contact you to request additional information to verify your order.

Pay Pal
We accept Pay Pal for online purchases.

I DJ NOW – Credit Card
We also offer our own private credit card called the NOW CARD. This card offers you the flexibility of receiving special financing terms for your purchase. This card is only available in our retail showrooms and cannot be used for purchases made online. Customers can apply in person at one of our retail showrooms.

Purchase Orders
Qualified businesses, educational and government institutions may request payment by Purchase Order (subject to approval). All Purchase Orders will be verified and confirmed prior to being processed. Purchase Orders must contain the signature of an authorized representative and an itemized equipment list that specifies the pricing of each unit. We reserve the right to refuse any Purchase Order.

Promotional Items and Rebates

Any product that is returned without the promotional item(s) included with the original transaction will have the value of the promotional item deducted from the refund amount including gift card offers. This also includes the value of our Free Shipping promotion if the item is returned for credit. Any product that was purchased when a mail-in rebate was available on the purchase is subject to having the amount of the rebate deducted from the refund amount. Any product for which a mail-in rebate has already been submitted is ineligible for a return.

International Shipping:

Duties and Taxes:
All International shipments are charged according to weight, size and destination. Our pricing will not include customs fees, tariffs or taxes, which may be charged depending upon your destination.

Customers are responsible for these fees upon delivery to your country regardless of the carrier selected for your shipment. In the event of questions regarding these fees you must contact the carrier directly as I DJ NOW has no control over fees that certain destinations may charge.

Returns or Refused orders: items returned to us due to the customer refusing the delivery or for items not permitted by a country by customs will result in the customer being responsible for all shipping costs to and from delivery point. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the order he/she is placing in permitted in the country. Customer is responsible for items confiscated by customs and no credit will be issued.  

U.S. Power / Voltage and Product Defects: Products are U.S. models and may have power/voltage requirements different from that of the destination country.  We make no claims that items purchased at IDJNOW will work in your country and can not be held responsible if they do not.  Items purchased and sent outside of the United States are not covered by our defect free guarantee due to various issues associated with outside countries.  If you receive a defective item it will be your responsibility to contact the manufacturer directly and work through the associated warranty if applicable, covering all costs associated.  By purchasing from IDJNOW you acknowledge all posted International guidelines and policies henceforth.

Sales/Use Tax Policy

We currently collect and remit sales tax on applicable purchases shipped to the following locations: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, Washington D.C., West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
