Enjoy free shipping on qualifying items for a limited time! Free shipping applies to ground shipments within the lower 48 contiguous United States.

Some items may not qualify, including oversized or overweight products, fluids, certain parts, and special-order items. Items must be purchased at the regular MAP price to qualify. Please check the individual item page to confirm eligibility.

If an item is returned for a refund that initially shipped for free, the shipping cost will be deducted from the total credit and the customer will receive the difference back as their refund. If a package is refused at the time of attempted delivery, or the carrier is unable to complete the delivery for any reason the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost incurred by I DJ NOW. This includes both shipping and storage fees.

Shipping Timeframes and Charges

Most orders displaying "In stock" ship quickly, within 24-72 business hours.

For qualifying orders, our Free Economy shipping will be sent using the quickest and most cost effective option. Depending upon where you reside, shipping options and weather conditions you will generally receive your order within 1-5 business days.

In order to expedite your order we may “Drop Ship” an item you purchase unless you specify otherwise. When we Drop Ship an item this means we will ship your order directly from a manufacturer or our affiliate warehouse that may be closer to your destination.

Once you have entered your order into the shopping cart online you can select shipping options of Economy (Qualifying orders only), Expedited, Express, or Immediate Shipping. The shipping charges for each will be listed for your convenience. Some products are considered Large, Bulky, or Heavy may require shipment via Common Carrier Freight truck. For these oversized shipments a freight carrier option will be presented.

Free Shipping orders will be completed through UPS, USPS, or FedEx.

Shipping Methods

Economy Delivery

You can expect delivery of most items within 1-7 business days of your order depending upon your destination address from our shipping point(s).

Note: Certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries may take slightly longer. You will be contacted to arrange for a convenient delivery time.

Upgraded Delivery

Shipping charges for upgraded shipping services are based on the item weight, size and the delivery address. Shipping charges are shown during the checkout process and before you place your order. Upgraded delivery transit days are business days only (Monday - Friday) with no delivery on Saturday or Sunday. For example, if you place an order before the shipping cutoff time on Friday and select 1-Day shipping, your order would be delivered on Monday (Not Saturday).

Shipping Costs & Signature Required

Shipping cost is based on the total weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart and shipping method selected. Shipping charges can be estimated in the shopping cart before checkout. For your security, most orders over $750 will require a signature to complete delivery. If you are unable to sign on the first delivery attempt, UPS will make up to 2 additional attempts before they deem the shipment as undeliverable and return its origin. We recommend contacting UPS directly to have your shipment held at the UPS hub if you're unable to sign for a package within the first 2 delivery attempts.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping services to many locations and help purchasers overcome the obstacles associated with international E-Commerce purchases and associated logistics. We ship to many countries and make sure that orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.

Duties and Taxes

All International shipments are charged according to weight, size and destination. Our pricing will not include customs fees, tariffs or taxes, which may be charged depending upon your destination.

Customers are responsible for these fees upon delivery to your country regardless of the carrier selected for your shipment. In the event of questions regarding these fees you must contact the carrier directly as I DJ NOW has no control over fees that certain destinations may charge.

Returns or Refused orders

Items returned due to customer refusal or for items that are impermissible within the destination location will result in the customer being responsible for all shipping costs to and from the delivery point. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items ordered are permissible within the destination location. The customer is responsible for confiscated items and no credit will be issued.
